The ultimate junk food that relieves you of stress. For instance say you had a stressful day at the office, finding a deadline for a project, going to a long and tiring meeting. You are then called in to learn you did your project wrong and get a lecture from the boss about something else you did.
Whats the first thing you do either at the office or at home after a long hard day? Go straight for the junk. SoI'm curious to know what your favorite stress reliever foods are.
Mine? Rice Crispy treats because they're fat bars with sugar and tastes good. It's not too much in calories and you can work it off later. Best of all you can take your time chewing on the thing then just take a few bites and swallow. Chocolate is ok but you gotta be careful on how much you consume. So whats your favorite food to consume when you're stressed?
Anything with sugar.
My second food is ice cream - preferbally flavors like chocolate peanut butter or chocolate chip cookie dough.
Oo! This topic's making me incredibly hungry. Anyway, my favourite stress-busting foods're chocolate, crisps, french fries, almost any kind of cakes and biscuits, a glass of WKD Blue or cup of strong coffee, or Cherry Coke.
Buttered toast, mmmmm... or any kind of bread product... cakes/cookies/muffins/bagels/etc.
Dumbledoorsgirl that is alot of food! Cakes and pie are good too. If it's junk food and accessible to reach while stressed I'll eat it. But in portions.
My comfort foods are: chocolate, cheetoes, olives, rocky road icecream, and sweet pickles. But the food that makes me feel a lot better is of course chocolate.
Foods I enjoy eating when I'm stressed include: popcorn, almost anything chocolate-flavoured with the exception of Kitkat bars, and carbonated drinks. pretty much anything that is likely to cause a dramatic change in weight if eaten in abundance
Today I had a stressful day and the one food item I chose: Chocolate brownies and the drink: Hot Chocolate.

When i'm having a bad day, i eat chocolate and it all goes away. Everything in moderation will not hurt. lolz, but yeah chocolates are the best.
Food does not solve my problems and no less does it help with stress. I prefer a very intellectual driven debate, here. but I like anything sweet or spicy.
